You book your date, we handle the rest!

Rachael B Photography is well-planned, organized, on top of it so you don’t have to be. We keep things running smoothly and on-time so that the daily schedule isn't interrupted.  We will provide all the materials you need, both in digital and print from for you to advertise to your parents.  We even have fun activities for the kids the week leading up to picture day!  

Drive-through Photos™

With the many changes in our Los Angeles school year, we are reminded, now more than ever, of the importance of capturing important moments and sharing photography with our loved ones. This fall, Rachael B Photography is bringing back the popular solution from last year, Drive-Through Photos™.

While taking the proper safety measures such as protective masks, hand sanitizer, and 6ft social distancing photos, we will work closely with your school to set-up an outdoor photo station allowing parents to drive-through the process. We will time arrivals and only photograph one student at a time.

Outdoor studio

Have a beautiful outdoor space at your school? Or just want an easier option for your school picture day photos and not have to use any indoor space?

Our portable outdoor studio is exactly what you need! We will bring a portable canopy and background of your choice (or we can use an outdoor, natural backdrop) to set-up anywhere at your school, even a corner of your parking lot works!

With our contactless and paperless check-in, there is no need to schedule by class either. Children can come take their photos at any time of the day!

Indoor studio

The tried and true indoor studio is also an option for 2021. Our staff is fully vaccinated and ready to transport out indoor studio to any 8x8 area within your school or rec area.

Rachael B’s drive-through photo process is genius!! It was incredibly easy and fast. She followed all covid protocols and it felt very safe. She greeted my kids with great energy which made them totally comfortable with her from the start.

I sat in the comfort of my car while the photos were taken under a tent, and just five minutes later they were headed back to me. I couldn’t believe the sweet pictures that Rachael got in that short amount of time! Not only did she get great individual shots of my kids but she also did shots of them together. Amazing concept of drive-through school photos executed so well! Major plus that you're able to schedule a time slot so you know your kid looks good going into it. The process was timely and the photographer was so friendly that she made both my kids feel at ease, even our preschooler.

The results were probably the best school photos I've ever seen - the kids look like themselves so you could tell the photographer actually took time to capture them rather than the generic "cheese" pics. As a parent, I also appreciated the COVID safety protocols that were in place. Win-win!
